Lothian and Borders CJA in association with CLAN Edinburgh held a seminar in March 2009 to highlight literacy and numeracy learning for offenders and provide the opportunity for partnership working for local services in our region.
The day ranged from presentations by Professors'Fergus McNeill and Lyn Tett to examples of projects that are currently providing learning opportunities in various formats.
