Lothian and Borders CJA submitted their final draft Area Plan 2011-14 to Government on 28 May 2010, for approval. The plan will undergo a scrutiny process before it is submitted to the Cabinet Secretary for Justice in September 2010.
This plan is a culmination of several planning meetings and surgeries which started in August 2009, attended by a wide range of partner agencies. From these meetings a Consultation draft plan was produced and circulated with all feedback being considered and included where appropriate, within the final draft plan.
Please note that Scottish Borders Council have been omitted in error from the Appendix 2 / Responses and this will be corrected in the final version. Their full response is included in this article along with the other responders.
